Fit for Daily Life

To be Fit for Daily Life includes many movement abilities. Not only basic and speed strength, but dynamic stability, coordination, balance, motor control, mobility, and efficiency are all vital. Underpinned with the key exercise principles of both ViPR and Power Plate and within a systematic programme design model this program offers an individual adaptations that will make movement easier, and open up the possibility of doing more activities that make life enjoyable. For a trainer it offers the variability in exercise choice and programme design to not only elicit an effective training response but to make workouts FUN and interactive to keep clients engaged and enthused.
