This course will provide instructors with two class formats, Corpbasics Cardio Kickboxing and Corpbasics Cardio Cutz and Conditioning. Cardio Kickboxing is a 55-minute class of Martial Arts moves performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and strength. Using the latest music, this class will energize participants while ensuring a safe, effective total body workout! Cardio Cutz and Conditioning is a 55-minute conditioning class using weights to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment. This class will challenge participants at every level, making the mind/body connection to produce results! Available for purchase but not mandatory: music ($10 each CD), a manual with clear and concise directions for each move ($25 each manual), and a Corpbasics T-shirt ($25).
