Dri Tri is a program that offers a complete workout system to enable all athletes to develop their health and fitness from this unique discipline. During this training course you will learn the principles and techniques of safe and effective indoor cycling, running and upper body ergometer; how to deliver a circuit style class encompassing all the benefits that these pieces of equipment offer when used in conjunction with each other. You will learn how to plan for; • Endurance, strength and conditioning • Correct bike set up and cycling technique • Correct running technique • Correct Upper Body ergometer technique • Advanced class structure and planning in combining these pieces of equipment • Advanced class programming, management and delivery techniques The philosophy of the ICE program is to give you the opportunity to develop an ‘emotional and enthusiastic’ response to group exercise within a controlled, motivating and enjoyable environment. Dri Tri is a unique and dynamic exercise format bringing all the benefits associated with one of the hardest sporting formats to people of different ages and fitness levels together in one group in an effective training program.
