During this training course you will learn the principles and techniques of safe and effective indoor cycling and how to combine this in to a circuit style class encompassing all the unique benefits that an indoor bike offers when used in conjunction with body weight and resistance equipment. A program that will offer a complete workout system and enable athletes to maintain their health and fitness while recovering from injury. • Endurance, strength and conditioning • Correct bike set up and cycling technique • Advanced class structure and planning • Participant health check • Advanced class management • Advanced class delivery techniques The philosophy of the ICE program is to give you the opportunity to develop an ‘emotional and enthusiastic’ response to group exercise within a controlled, motivating and enjoyable environment. Cyclewell is a dynamic and social exercise format bringing people of different ages and fitness levels together in one group and integrating male and female participants in an effective training program.
