The comprehensive GRAVITYFoundation course covers movement execution for the complete Total Gym Library Series, which includes more than 120 incline gravity resistance training exercises taught on Total Gym. Effective bodyweight resistance training techniques are covered along with program development for Personal Training, Team Training and Group Training. Attendees will learn how to implement choreographed workouts for strength and endurance when working with small groups. Development of Presenter mastery skills are covered in the course, along with review of a comprehensive GRAVITY launch plan. During the GRAVITYFoundation course, revenue models for one-to-one and multi-client personal training sessions are reviewed to assist in business development for a facility and individual trainer.
