Core Connection (aquatic)

Strong abdominal muscles are very important, they are at the “core” of a fit body. For a strong, balanced and reliable body, the core needs to be resolute and strong. A well trained core gives stability and balance to the spine, holds your organs in place and works in conjunction with all other parts of your body to do daily functions and tasks. Your core is vital!
