QiDANCE, a seamless integration of music and movement, brings new energy and inspiration to group fitness. Driven by original music created by multi-Grammy Award winner Kike Santander, QiDANCE bridges the gap between pre-choreography and free-style with foundation choreography and a unique layering option called QiBLOCKS, which combines the structure of pre-choreography with the adaptability of freestyle. During the QiDANCE 8-hour course each participant will learn the QiDANCE teaching methodology and guidelines to deliver pre-choreographed dance-based movement classes. The course provides a review of the choreography for each song with accompanying detailed choreography notes. Participants will learn fundamental teaching skills and principles such as cueing techniques, intensity progressions, intuitive instruction, and how to engage participants. The training is accompanied by self-assessment tools delivered throughout the course, which will provide each participant with a action plan for enhancing their overall teaching skills.
