The 4Fitness Basic Kettlebell Fitness Course, an eight-hour specialty certification course involving theoretical and practical components, will introduce you to kettlebell training for fitness. While the course covers the kettlebell sport lifts, the training techniques will not concentrate on (kettlebell sport) efficiency. The course was designed with the generally healthy adult client in mind whose objective is to improve fitness. Also, for the fitness trainer who has good foundational knowledge and experience, and understands the risks associated with exercise. Hopefully, after completing the 4Fitness Basic Kettlebell Fitness Course, you will be able to incorporate the foundational information and experience not only into your clients' exercise programs but also into your own personal training.
