During this course, the participants will review the progress and regression of major muscles groups and understand when, how, and why each exercise can advance from single joint movement patterns to multiple joint patterns with known conditions. Balls, bands, unstable surfaces will be included in the progression. In addition, the group will be divided into groups, be challenged to apply creativity, problem solving, and their progression with each other for comprehension and understanding. Direction and instruction will also be provided for appropriate biomechanical position and cueing.
