The Induro program can be used with all individuals at varying fitness levels. Each Induro Cycling regimen will help individuals not only strengthen and tone his or her body, but help class participants develop a new found mental awareness allowing them to increase their cardiovascular capacity.
Each class session is designed to include the most important aspects of cycling training including pedaling cadence and technique, efficient gearing and power output, racing strategies, breathing, mental focus, visualization, and proper stretching based on both interval and Fartlek training methods. With regular attendance, these sessions guarantee to produce dramatic improvements in each participant.

After this training, you will be Induro Cycling certificated to facilitate and instruct an Induro Cycling class. Our goal is for you to understand the fundamentals of Induro Cycling and how to host a successful program.
