Fundamentals of CROSS CiRCUIT training by Octane Fitness

CROSS CiRCUIT gives trainers a new, effective workout to build motivation and help drive results in one-on-one or small group sessions. Designed around the principles of cross training and circuit training, CROSS CiRCUIT builds cardiovascular and muscular endurance through customized intervals on an elliptical trainer and strength training intervals adjacent to the elliptical using PowerBlocks. Course Participants will: 1. Review the physiological and psychological benefits of cross training and circuit training 2. Experience a CROSS CiRCUIT workout 3. Learn about Octane Fitness ellipticals, including programming, safety and advantages 4. Understand how to design and implement safe, effective CROSS CiRCUIT courses for various goals, including weight loss, post-rehab, toning and more - for one-on-one or small group sessions 5. Discuss how to promote and market classes 6. Learn how to generate revenue with CROSS CiRCUIT
