The Hoopnotica Fit® program is perfect for a novice Hooper or an advanced Hooper looking for a cardio workout that is effective and most importantly, FUN. The program utilizes the most basic movements and easy to learn Hoopnotica® Hoopdance skills to focus on core strengthening, toning, balance, coordination and cardio fitness - all while burning more than 450 calories an hour. Teacher training will educate you on the methodology and skills required to instruct the NEW Hoopnotica Fit cardio-hooping curriculum. You will walk away with effective warm-ups, cool-downs, moves and complete routines that you can immediately implement and modify in your own classes. Once certified, you will be included in our Hoopnotica Forums and mailers that will provide you with tools, guidance and ongoing support needed to teach this new iteration of FUN fitness.
