Combine360 Definitions

This workshop is based on the Combine360 systematic training methodology of progression principles to obtain quality of movement and skill execution that will improve your Athletic Engine. It is an intense total body workout challenge integrating dumbbells, elastic tubing, stability balls and body bars. Exercises and drills are based on three primary elements--Strength, Balance and Athletic Movement patterns. The dynamic integrative patterns move in different planes that will challenge not only your heart rate, but your balance, muscle symmetry, mobility and coordination. The goal is to build and progress each element with purpose and direction before layering overload principles. It avoids a random “throw at” approach to exercise.
