Shoulder pain is common with many of our clients, often limiting their ability to exercise. This session will describe common shoulder injuries including impingement syndromes, rotator cuff dysfunction, and scapular control issues that lead directly to many of these problems. These issues share one thing in common; poor scapular stability. During this presentation the fitness professional will discover the exact corrective strategies required to solve their clients shoulder issues and return them to a high level of performance. They will learn how to incorporate these corrections into the fundamental pushing and pulling patterns to help their clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
