In this workshop we will explore both stability and mobility patterns to strengthen our clients functional movement. Also explore strength and limbering patterns borrowed from Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Athletics. This practical workshop was formulated to give instructors ideas for hands-on stretching techniques. You will also learn the importance of flexibility training and how it relates to efficient body movement, posture and having a healthy pain-free back. Also discuss the correct timing and use of dynamic warming, static stretching and partner stretching techniques.
