With the continued interest in interval style training, boot camps, and total body transformation programs, plyometric exercises has become a key player in all of these formats. Let’s take step back to learn the science behind plyometric training and provide our clients and classes with a method to learn to J.U.M.P. (jumping using multiple progressions). This workshop will address how to introduce plyometric exercises to your non--sport participants by learning how to choose exercises according to intensity, equipment, and contacts within a session.
