Locomotion in humans is a complex but amazing feat. We take approximately 2500 steps per foot per day. Each step reinforces movement patterns to our being from detrimental to efficient. There are many theories in which to study human gait. Participants will explore the parts and pieces of the progression of gait through lecture and experience. We will hone in on our observational skills watching others attempt this task in the light of being fluid and functional and possible modifications to enhance health.
