Building a Body Sculpting Class

Course includes a discussion of special populations and exercise modifications for these groups, a review of contraindicated exercises to avoid when developing class workouts, and a brief review of anatomy. Students will use ACSM recommendations to develop a full-body routine that can be adapted to suit and challenge participants of any fitness level. Students will learn about multiple strength-training modalities that can be used in sculpting classes. At the end of the course, the student will have at least 2 complete full-body sculpting workouts to take home - one sample workout provided by the course instructor, and the workouts that are developed by the students during the course.
