Lower Quadrant: Foot

This course will explore the dual nature of our feet: grounding us to the earth and propelling us through space. We will learn anatomy and alignment of the foot and explore proper biomechanics as well as common negative patterns and compensations. We will discuss specific exercises, cueing and imagery to create and maintain alignment as you progress your students from supine to standing. We will explore using "in honor of the foot" as a class theme to better ground your students.
