Over the years core training has gone to a whole new level, but sometimes the tranditional core exercises are some of the most valueable. We'll review these traditional exercises and learn how to perfect our form to make them challenging once again. We'll also review a variety of non-traditional exercises for new challenges but perfect our form to prevent injury. We'll also include in our discussion a variety of core injuries and how to not only correct their discomfort but prevent them from occuing.
