Cross Line Training

There are several benefits to combining lower body movement with upper body movement. The lower and upper body combinations should be deconstructed and put back together in a systematic manner. More energy output is required to engage the upper and lower body movements together as compared to only lower body movement such as a lung. The development of the upper and lower body patterns promotes coordination leading to greater functional gains. In normal daily activities we are rarely performing one task at a time.
