Through the study of 2 manuals and 3 videos, fitness professionals will gain the skills, knowledge and abilities necessary to creatively design, professionally structure, clearly explain, safely and properly demonstrate, instruct and modify (when necessary) the execution of the various movements, techniques, skills, drills and workout routines utilized in Kickboxing/MMA Fitness workouts. Biomechanics and safety issues are covered in detail. Professionals will understand how to structure programs and workout according to participant skill and conditioning levels. Instructor trainees will learn how to teach how to create and teach specific drills, skills and workout routines that will keep their participants motivated to succeed.
