Principles of Movement-Based Training (Exam 41)

EXAM OBJECTIVES upon completion of reading the articles and taking the quiz the student will be able to: 1. Explain how movement-based training differs from traditional training programs based on muscle isolation exercises. 2. Identify the causes of human movement. 3. Explain the concept of tensegrity and why it is important for understanding human movement. 4. Identify the joints responsible for creating mobility and providing stability during human movement patterns.
