This workshop will provide new and experienced Step instructors a simple yet effective time-saving technique—known as the Build-Up Method—for assembling and breaking down Step choreography for group fitness classes. The Build-Up Method will enable the instructor to customize choreography for beginner, intermediate, or advanced-level classes. At the end of this course, participants will be able to: ? Develop creative choreography for a one-hour step class more quickly than ever before ? Develop a balanced breakdown for the step choreography while the choreography is being created ?
