Cuing for Movement That Matters More

Fitness professionals who can create an experience for their clients can stand up against the ever growing competition. Identify what to say to clients who learn differently, respond to cues that come from front or back of body or think in pictures. Walk away with a process to determine what you want the client to do, three to five different types of cues to provide them and a system that stimulates you and your enjoyment of every session all day.
