This training includes two days of hands-on review of the entire classical Pilates mat order. The workshops's accompanying 101-page manual includes detailed instructions on modifications for challenging exercises at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. In addition to learning movement strategies and contraindications for each of the Pilates mat classical exercises, workshop participants will also learn how to expand options for the classical mat repertoire with small props. Strategies for incorporating release work, yoga poses, and balance training into the classical mat order are also covered.
