Resistant band technology is the future of group fitness. With resistance, aerobics can now tone the body while giving a cardio burn. In light of this, Kbands Training introduces Kbands. Kbands offer full mobility resistance with comfort. Every movement will tone the lower half while Kbands Burn routines will keep heart rates elevated. This workshop will give instructors the opportunity to learn the many ways Kbands can make training easier. Instructors will be introduced to Kbands Training forty-minute routines as how to work one on one with a client and maximize results. They will learn how to interval train with Kbands, and how to watch for technique flaws to prevent injury. The workshops will also breakdown how to incorporate the Kbands into different age groups. Towards the end of the workshop all instructors will put their knowledge to work and build a Kbands interval routine. Each workshop will provide a template to teach Kbands Burn routines as soon as instructors are certified.
