The MVe Fitness Chair workshop is a one-day course introducing you to the first turn key group exercise program that truly bridges Pilates with Fitness. The program offers exercises for all levels and abilities and compliments other activities such as step, indoor cycling, yoga, pilates, conditioning classes and weight training. IT includes elements of balance, flexibility, strength, & coordination making it ideal for sport specific training. This workshop is open to group exercise instructors, personal trainers, and pilates trainers; pilates experience is not a pre-requisite.
