Pole Fitness Teacher Training is a sixteen-hour workshop which provides instructors with the tools needed to create a variety of pole classes for beginners. Participants will learn the history and fitness benefits of pole. The participant will learn appropriate hand positions, points of contact, momentum, the correct posture and stance of the body during pole dancing, spins, floor work and transitions, climbing, sequencing, class formats, effective ways to communicate the mind/body connection, and methods of developing safe teaching skills for basic movements.
