Intelligent Intervals

Whether you teach cardio, strength, or athletic/boot camp class formats, this workshop addresses how to create an intelligent interval. The benefits of interval training are many, but only if the method, exercise selection, and work/recovery ratios are well-planned, organized, and appropriate for the participants fitness level. Learn to adapt the intervals to different levels and experience a sample of intervals styles such as Tabata, The Little Method and other various HIIT protocols.
