The major reasons why most people seek assistance form a personal trainer is weigh management (see Seminar #1-The Workout That Works”). However, there are many other important reasons why every individual/client needs to make regular exercise a part of their life. To help motivate potential clients to start or restart a fitness program, this presentation lists and describes ten additional reasons why a focused and meaningful fitness program is important to everyone regardless of their current level of health. The personal trainer can use the information provided to assist potential clients in making the decision to exercise on a regular basis by including it as an educational and motivational tool for every initial or follow-up client meeting. In this way, weight management and/or fitness programs can also be explained as a mechanism for improved general health and wellness.
