Kranking® - Intro to Kranking

Kranking® is a fitness program that revolutionizes training with the upper body using the arms, shoulder, shoulder-girdle and torso muscles as the primary movers for both cardiovascular and strength conditioning. This lecture/demonstration covers basic set-up and training on the Krankcycle®, the benefits of Kranking, how to target specific populations and how to implement Kranking in any club model mobilizing both personal- and group-fitness trainers to utilize this new training system.
