YogaFit Basics (1 day Workshop)

Yoga is more popular than ever. Why? Yoga provides a total body workout that enhances strength, cardiovascular condition, balance and flexibility. It also enhances one’s body awareness, increases physical control and facilitates body mastery. Because it involves a highly comprehensive and integrated approach, yoga produces a longer, leaner and more graceful physique. Yoga also helps reduce stress, tension and fatigue through its focus on mindfulness, fluid movement and deep-breathing. This class combines traditional yoga poses with modern fitness moves. Special attention is given to modifications for each pose, catering to multiple fitness levels, body types, and special conditions. The result is a safe, incredible body/mind workout.
