Paddle Fit is a program that marries personal training and group exercise training with the sport of stand up paddling. This course will introduce you to the sport of SUP as well as teach you the basics skills needed to paddle and to instruct paddling. From there, you will learn how to use SUP for both group exercise classes and for personal training. You will also learn different routines to plug and play into group fitness classes. Using SUP as a fitness modality creates a fun environment in which to exercise and is one of the most functional ways to exercise. Additional topics covered will be how to create a thriving business that includes Paddle Fit personal training and group fitness classes as well as lesson, rentals and retail of SUP.
