Muscle Fusion

One of the quickest ways to transform your body is to combine aerobic exercise and strength training. This barbell based class combines higher repetitionwith mid resistance to shape and build muscle. The cardio burst will ensure the heart rate stays elevated to maximize fat burn. In addition, they will learn about joint safety and correct body alignment to minimize injury in class. This class will also teach about “working thru the burn” and not letting their mind talk them out of an exercise their muscle has the strength to perform. You’re sure to increase strength and condition the entire body in the same exercise session
