FOUNDATIONS OF PERSONAL TRAINING 2

We know that contemporary personal training is becoming much more involved. The “bar” for the level of knowledge now required to be a competitive and elite personal trainer has been raised. It’s imperative we understand and have a working knowledge of things like 1) behavior change and the stages of change, 2) facilitating movement screenings and other more functional assessments, 3) working with diverse populations with more specific needs. This course covers each one of these topics and provides the participant ample hands on experience as well as case studies emphasizing each of those areas. Taking this course will make the trainer feel more confident and competent in their practices.
