Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors alike are often faced with the same challenge from their clients and class members: helping clients achieve weight loss goals with limited time available to workout. This workshop will cover exercise techniques that help to solve this problem. High intensity cardio and resistance training interval workouts will burn more calories for any given period of time. Therefore, if time is the issue, intensity needs to be the key. Trainers and instructors will learn how to construct a workout using total body exercises to incorporate and use more muscle mass. We will also modify and progress each movement so that trainers and instructors can make their workouts appropriate for all fitness levels.
