This unique movement-based lifestyle management program integrates physical activity; breath strategies; positive intentions, and self-awareness into one centering practice, designed for both sedentary and active older adults. Designed by a senior fitness expert and an occupational therapist, this workshop features an in-depth resource manual that outlines older adult adaptations for the centeredbeing 'om-powering' chair workout, that can be performed on a standard, stationary desk chair.
