Core Conditioning Print CE Course teaches you to use the core power zone, the area extending from the hips to the diaphragm that generates 60 percent of an individual’s total power. Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, uses Swiss and medicine balls, BOSU, and the power wheel to develop trunk stabilization, strength, and movement speed in the core muscles. Whether your client’s goal is to eliminate back pain or improve sport performance, this course will take him or her to the next level.
