Objectives will be introduced with a theoretical approach and reinforced through practical application. Skills and drills will allow the attendees to develop an understanding of how the educational elements of the above disciplines can be utilized to enhance group or one-on-one instruction regardless of the population or discipline being used. Specific bare foot training components (safety, hygiene and proper movement mechanics) will be introduced, discussed and educated with both a theoretical and practical approach. Barefoot training components will include exercises specific to closed environments (studios) as well as outdoor training environments (grassy fields or beaches).Resistance props such as bodybars or kettlebells can be used if available and proper safety skills will be introduced specifically relating to this equipment.
