Yoga Max is the ultimate in fitness yoga practice: a fusion of Hatha Yoga Asanas, traditional strength training exercises and cardio intervals. This course incorporates light hand weights, body bars, static weighted bars, and elastic bands for the resistance exercises, while also infusing cardio intervals to create a “boot camp” format option. Yoga Max is for those that are looking for a more aggressive and challenging yoga practice that will encourage muscular strength, endurance and core stability. By adding additional arm and leg exercises to basic yoga poses, the participant will be challenged to maintain proper form and posture for a longer period of time. The core muscles of the abdominals and low back will also be challenged more with this program.
