Cycling Essentials

For those wanting to instruct a cycling class, being able to provide a safe and challenging ride will be essential. This course covers topics such as proper bike set up, cadence, flats, sprints, climbs, monitoring heart rates, contraindications and more. The difference between a beginner ride and an advance ride; riding for endurance, strength, proper recovery and interval training.
