Kettlebells for Firefighters

All who attend will be learning, and practicing kettlebell lifts that will include, Warm up, dynamic flexibility, deadlift, squat, swing snatch, and military press. Attendees will learn to bring speed, power, coordination and balance to their strength training. Olympic lifts are indispensable to firefighter’s ability to generate the power needed to fulfill the duties of a firefighter programming and expert coaching is a powerful advantage. After completing these course attendees will be able to incorporate Kettlebell lifts into their client’s workouts using proper set and rep based on clients needs while maintaining proper form.
