As group exercise trainers we know how difficult it is to get our clients' to stretch. We also know how flexibility training is the most undervalued component of conditioning and is often overlooked. This course is designed to give instructors ideas on flexibility training from an athletic approach. Using a mix of yoga, pilates, dance and athletics instructors can take away ideas for their group exercise classes and small group training. This practical workshop was formulated to give instructors flexibility pattern ideas and hands on stretching techniques.
