This course is designed to provide trainers with an inclusive look into training with kettlebells. The course includes a thorough explanation of the benefits associated with kettlebell training, as well as the various applications in one-on-one training, small group, and the group fitness setting. Focusing on safe and effective exercises the course begins with an examination of the foundational exercise – the kettlebell swing, deadlift high-pull and thruster. Exercises demonstration videos, coaching cues and an exercise progression checklist are provided as learning and reference tools. Auxiliary exercises, including unilateral and core movements, make up the second phase of the learning process. Lastly, the course presents concepts for programming training sessions for individualized needs and training goals.
