Through in-depth exploration in the cadaver lab, participants will appreciate the unique needs of clients based on understanding the human body as a scrapbook, and risks to benefits ratio of individualized training programs. Attendees will come away with a much clearer idea of how to determine and engage basic stabilization strategies that can apply to all humans, regardless of goals or fitness level. For each hour's topic, controversial training beliefs will be addressed, utilizing the scientific approach to view previously held beliefs, so that fitness professionals may make more informed choices in their work. An extensive research bibliography is offered to support hypotheses, theories, and discourse.
