Receive a pre-packaged 12-week functional strength Spring Training program ideal for all levels of athletes Review the 3 phases used in the Program: Adaptation Phase, Strength Phase & Agility Phase Learn to teach the exercises used in each phase of programming Learn to implement the program in your facility i.e. pricing, scheduling, timing EQUIPMENT USED: TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX Rip Trainers, Medicine Balls, Step up benches, Dumbells, Ankle bands WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Personal Trainers, Athletic Coaches, Bootcamp Instructors and Group Exercise Instructors. PREREQUISITES: TRX Suspension Training Course, TRX Group Suspension Training Course and/or TRX Rip Training Course or Group Rip Training Courses. Program Details: The program includes a total of 5 hours of training. After finishing the session you will be ready to get your program going immediately.
