JumpSport ® Fitness Plyometric Training for Personal Trainers and Small Group Workouts

Plyometric training is functional, effective and results driven. In this module, we will review the correct application and science of plyometric training. Upon a greater understanding of the science, we will look at how to work effectively train both athletes and non-athletes plyometrically using the JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline™ and PlyoFit™ Kit. The PlyoFit™ Kit is an additional benefit as it re-positions the fitness trampoline for effective and challenging workouts. With the addition of plyoballs and medicine balls, trainers and participants will learn how to work with them correctly and use them in various ways. This module provides the learner with a toolbox full of plyometric training ideas on the JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline™ that can be used one-on-one or in small groups.
