For those of us who like to stay active, it's virtually inevitable we'll experience the aches and pains accompanying a great day of running, biking, playing with friends, gardening, or our other favorite activities. It's not uncommon that these aches and pains sideline us from our favorite activities, and as a result, it can be difficult to get fitter and fitter. Many active people find that as they ramp up their activity level, they find muscle soreness derailing them after a short period of improvement. Yoga can be an effective means to speed up recovery, and allow active people to remain active. In this workshop, you'll learn the common causes of muscle soreness, and develop strategies to help move the soreness out of your body more quickly; allowing you to maintain your active life.
