Andrew Haynes' "Push It"

This is a low-impact, high-intensity workout, designed to offset Andrew Haynes' Ultimate Sports Conditioning course. This class will get your heart rate up without any plyometrics, making it accessible to all fitness levels. This course includes both weighted strength and bodyweight strength exercises.
